Shipping Charges and Delivery Policy

SHUKR understands that shipping needs to be cost-effective, timely, easy to calculate, and reliable.

Please note that if you give DHL the authorization to deliver a package without a signature, SHUKR is not responsible for the package if it goes missing. We do not recommend giving DHL authorization to deliver without a signature.

No Customs Charges

Please note that customs duty charges will be refunded by SHUKR. You just need to send a picture of the receipt showing the amount you paid as customs fee and our team will refund the money back to your Credit/Debit Card within 48 business hours.

*Please note that SHUKR does not pay customs duties for orders being shipped to Austria. If you place an order, you will have to pay customs duties along with the product and shipping.

How to get refunded for Customs charges:

    1. When your item is delivered by DHL, you will be asked to pay customs charges before receiving your item.
    2. Scan or take a clear photo of the invoice, showing how much you paid in customs fees.
    3. Contact our support team. Use the “About my Order" option and upload the invoice as an attached file
    4. Once your ticket has been received, our Customer Service team will refund you the amount paid for customs.

Cost-Effective Shipping

SHUKR now offers FREE shipping on all UK orders over £50.
Shipping for orders under £50 is £4.95.

We charge a shipping fee for each returned order. The shipping fee is based on the number of items you wish to return. Returns charges are as follows:

  • Returns for up to 3 items: £4.95
  • Returns for 4-6 items: £9.95
  • Returns for 7-10 items: £14.95
  • Returns for 11 items or more: £20

Timely shipping

The date of shipping is generally 1 or 2 working days after you place your order. For an estimated date of shipment, please refer to the chart below:

We are able to track all orders from the moment they leave our warehouse until the point they reach your doorstep. In the unlikely event that your shipment does not arrive within the specified time frame, please contact us using the “About My Order” option, and we will track your package, ensuring a speedy recovery.
