How to know the weight of your order:
For customers in Europe Zones 3 – 5 or the Rest of the World, your shipping rate will be a lot cheaper if you keep your order below 2kg in weight.
In practice, this means that you can order a maximum of 3 clothing items and 2 accessories (hats or hijabs).
If you order more than this and you are in Euro Zones 3 or 4, then your order will be processed at the higher rate listed. If you order more than this and you are in Euro Zone 5 or the Rest of the World, your order will be processed but our customer service department will contact you with the new shipping rate.

Reliability:
We are able to track all domestic UK orders from the moment they leave our warehouse until the point they reach your doorstep. In the unlikely event that your shipment does not arrive within the specified time frame, please submit a ticket using the “About My Order” option, and we will track your package, ensuring a speedy recovery.
