Important Eid Shipping Information

SHUKR wants you to receive your order in time for Eid just as much as you do. So be sure to order as early as possible and include any important shipping information (such as apartment/suite numbers, daytime phone number, etc.) to avoid delays.

Also, please take care to include correct credit card information, as incorrect or incomplete information will cause delays with processing your order. Unresolved credit/debit card issues may result in order cancellation.

We cannot guarantee Eid delivery for international orders. We are extremely sorry; however we cannot guarantee delivery for orders outside the UK mainland.

Orders placed after August 24th via Standard Shipping are not guaranteed to arrive before Eid. However, SHUKR has arranged the following great offers instead for guaranteed Eid delivery*:

Next day delivery is available for orders placed on Thursday August 25th to addresses within the UK mainland. All orders placed on August 25th will be dispatched on August 26th and arrive by August 27th , inshaAllah.

For orders over £150 the shipping is completely FREE. For orders under £150, the cost is at a discounted rate of £9.95 (instead of £14.95), regardless of order size.

This offer is for orders to address within the UK mainland only and does not apply to international orders.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be forwarded a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number. Use this number to track your package until its delivery. Simply click on the link included in the shipping confirmation email.
